Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026

Welcome to the website of Team Trinity Insurance, LLC (“Team Trinity Insurance,” “Team Trinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and its content. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About Team Trinity Insurance

Team Trinity Insurance, LLC is an independent insurance agency serving insurance customers through licensed insurance producers.

We may offer and assist with:

  • Personal property and casualty insurance.
  • Commercial property and casualty insurance.
  • Automobile insurance.
  • Homeowners and property insurance.
  • Business insurance.
  • Life insurance.
  • Health insurance.
  • Other insurance products for which our agency and      producers are properly licensed and appointed.

Insurance products and carriers available through Team Trinity Insurance may vary based on location, eligibility, underwriting requirements, carrier appointments, and other factors.

2. Pennsylvania Licensing

Team Trinity Insurance, LLC is an insurance agency licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Insurance activities are conducted through appropriately licensed insurance producers and are subject to applicable Pennsylvania insurance laws and regulations.

Pennsylvania maintains an official producer and agent licensing system through the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.

Pennsylvania Insurance Agency License/NPN: 1237023/21496923

Individual producer licensing information is maintained by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.

If Team Trinity Insurance conducts insurance business in jurisdictions other than Pennsylvania, additional licenses and regulatory requirements may apply.

3. Independent Agency and Carrier Relationships

Team Trinity Insurance is an independent insurance agency.

We may represent multiple insurance carriers and may seek insurance coverage from different carriers based on the circumstances of a particular customer and the products available to us.

Our ability to obtain coverage from a particular carrier depends upon, among other things:

  • Carrier appointments.
  • Product availability.
  • Underwriting guidelines.
  • Geographic availability.
  • Applicant eligibility.
  • Risk characteristics.
  • Policy requirements.

We do not guarantee that we can obtain coverage from any particular insurance carrier.

4. Website Information Is General Information

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes.

Website content is not intended to provide individualized insurance, legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Insurance coverage is highly dependent on individual circumstances and the specific terms of an insurance policy.

You should review your actual policy documents and consult a licensed insurance professional regarding your specific insurance needs.

5. Quote Requests

Our website may allow you to submit a request for an insurance quote.

A quote request is an inquiry and is not an application for insurance unless separately identified as such.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee:

  • That Team Trinity Insurance will provide a quote.
  • That a carrier will offer coverage.
  • That you will qualify for coverage.
  • That a particular carrier will be available.
  • That the quoted premium will be the final premium.
  • That the requested coverage or limits will be      available.
  • That an insurance policy will be issued.

We may contact you after receiving a quote request to obtain additional information necessary to evaluate your request or obtain a quote.

6. Quotes Are Not Binders or Policies

A website quote, premium indication, estimate, proposal, email, telephone conversation, or other communication does not by itself create or bind insurance coverage.

Insurance coverage is effective only when properly bound or issued in accordance with the applicable insurance carrier's requirements and applicable law.

Until coverage has been properly bound or issued, you should not assume that insurance coverage exists.

Your actual insurance policy, declarations page, binder, endorsements, applications, and other applicable policy documents control the terms of coverage.

7. Carrier Underwriting

Insurance carriers independently determine eligibility, underwriting requirements, rates, premiums, coverage terms, exclusions, deductibles, limits, and other policy provisions.

Information submitted to Team Trinity Insurance may be provided to one or more insurance carriers for underwriting or quoting purposes.

A carrier may request additional information, order reports, conduct inspections, or require other underwriting steps before offering or issuing coverage.

8. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting insurance services.

Insurance quotes and underwriting decisions may be affected by information that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

Team Trinity Insurance is not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate information supplied by an applicant or customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Policy Documents Control

Nothing on this website modifies, expands, restricts, replaces, or supersedes the terms of an insurance policy.

If information on this website conflicts with the terms of an applicable insurance policy, the policy and legally controlling insurance documents govern.

10. Website Forms

By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide any information concerning other individuals that you submit.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information through an unsecured form unless the form specifically requests the information and provides an appropriate secure method.
